It’s easy! You’ll complete a short 7-question assessment, ranking your preferences from 1 (high) to 8 (low). These questions explore your ideal work environment, which we call the I Thrive Statements.

So Am I Guaranteed A Role If I Fill Out the Assessment?

No, unfortunately not right now.

While we wish we could find roles for everyone this currently isn’t possible. 

We are working on expanding ways that can help people taking our assessment find roles that they thrive in.

Why Would A Person Take The Assessment Again?

We debated this a lot.

Originally we said people should only need to take it once and then we realized something. Life changes.

What was ideal for us to thrive at one point in time wasn’t feasible at a later date. Injury, a prior terrible working environment, and major life changes are just to name a few.

This is why we unlock the assessments after 90 days unless required before that for a major shift in your life.

The other time you may be asked to take the assessment again is if our deception algorithm is triggered. This is asked right after completing your assessment and you have the option to do so or submit as is. If you decide to submit as is your matching from the system will not be as accurate as it could be.

Ideally, we want people to be honest and fill the assessment out with their workstyle NOT what they think the open role requires.

It only takes 10 Minutes, what's the catch?

There isn’t one.
