The Story of TalentTua
Once upon a time Allie Knull a recovering recruiter from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, realized how much she dislikes the way the current model of recruiting is done. Specifically, its heavy reliance on resumes being the gate keeper to discovering exceptional future employees.
While on maternity leave it dawned on her:
“What if I could create a way to remove the need for a resume, expedite the recruiting process, and find qualified candidate that would normally be screened out?”
…And so the original company ResumeFree™ was born.
After successfully launching ResumeFree™ and helping companies better streamline their hiring processes, boost their retention rates, and find incredibly qualified candidates one thing became apparent:
Google thought ResumeFree™ gave away free resumes.
While the name ResumeFree™ paid homage to her hate for resumes and the whole process it stood for, she knew it was time to evolve.
This ushered in TalentTua, built on the ResumeFree™ process.
